Grocery stores buy very little from China. No real problem restocking.

Every piece of packaged food likely has a component from China.

I am NOT saying your grocery store shelves are going to empty...but where do you think frozen food bags are from? Or the styrofoam plates for your meat?

The world is interconnected in ways the average person cannot imagine. It’s not all falling apart. Not at all.

But to suggest that everything is going to be just fine is as dangerous as saying the world is ending.

The world is the world. Nothing written here is going to change what happens. Wash our hands, but a can of beans, and relax. Set expectations that are realistic. That prevents surprises and reactions.

Lots of OTC medicine out of stock. All that shit made in Communist China. No thanks to Communist Chinese lobbyists, country of origin not on the label.., And the filthy Communist China are cutting off the USA. Went to 4 stores in Longmont, Colorado - Target, Walmart, King Soopers (Kroger), and Safeway. No OTC anything. Had to buy an expensive small bottle of Advil at a 7-11. People are angry at the store. I told one lady the blame solely is on Communist China. That’s what everyone should tell everyone.

Stop blaming Trump, stop blaming Democrats. Blame Communist China.

Our country is truly blessed with multiple grocery stores of all shapes and sizes. No big deal if there is a run on most supplies. The shelves will be restocked soon enough.

As of 2009, between 22% and 48% of the toilet paper used in the United States comes from tree farms in the U.S. and South America, with the rest mostly coming from old, second growth forests, and, some from virgin forests.[11]
