Hopefully this gets a lot of reads here. It’s factual and could dispel ignorance bellowed elsewhere.

Mulvaney did hard work for the Big Man. Let’s hope Meadows fares as well for a similar duration.

I don’t expect the high pressure of the COS job will be much of an issue for Meadows.

In Congress, he has proven to be among President Trump’s most outspoken defenders, cheerfully serving as a lightning rod for the constant barrage of ruthless and dishonest attacks from the President’s corrupt enemies in the media, Congress, and the deep state bureaucracy.

Meadows seems about as impervious to “pressure” as the President himself.

I like Meadows, and he’s a thousand times better than Never-Trumper Mulvaney. Having said that, I wonder if Meadows won’t follow the example of his predecessors and try to run his own show, rather than do what his new boss needs him to do.

pushed Trump into a disastrous government shutdown over funding his border wall, will be Trump’s fourth chief of staff in just over three years in office.

A surprising sentence from a supposed supporter of President Trump.
