I thought it was a Federal Crime to threaten a Federal official. Will Schumer get an early morning raid like Stone did?
It does not qualify as a legal threat. He did not say anything would happen directly. He said that there would be consequences. If he had specified what sort of consequences he was imagining then that could be a Threat to interest the SS.
