Bloomberg tried to come across as a more civilized version of Trump without significantly disagreeing with his policies. He is not for open borders or gun confiscation and generally agrees with the trade policy changes. He also dismisses medicare for all and all the green new deal free stuff as ridiculous and unaffordable.
His main fault is that he believes the American people want a “manager” and not a “leader” like President Trump. His whole candidacy was kickstarted by the Wall Street investor Leon Cooperman on CNBC. The WS crowd is terrified of Sanders and Warren but can’t stand Trump’s style and temperment.
His strategy is to gain enough delegates to force a brokered convention in Milwaukee and have the superdelegates anoint him as their savior. He is not a loyal Democrat and this will never happen.
Bloomberg used his regular nasal whiny voice during the town hall. The people behind him looked very bored during the ten minutes that I watched. It was no Trump rally.
He most certainly is a gun grabber. It's one of his signature issues.
“He really is small. He agrees with many Trump policies but doesnt like Trumps style. Hes toast.”
The little bit of it that I watched he was parroting President Trump’s policies on China.
Yes, he sounded like a short version of Mitt Romney
My thought was that even 56 billion dollars cant buy a good face lift. They left the wrinkles on his lower cheeks. Strange to look at and creepy.
I had to dust the top of my refrigerator.
Thanks for that. There is something odd about his emotionless frozen face look, and it must have been that $56B facelift.
