I drove that road for about thirty years. Boston to Northfield Vt is 3 hours. 1 hour to Manchester. 1 hour to White River/West Lebanon and 1 hour to Northfield. Or 1 1/2 hours to Newport VT (where my parents lived.)
Dartmouth is north of Lebanon, in Hanover. That is the first exit north from WRJ on 91. Then you drive back south for about ten minutes.
I might be off by a few minutes. And I drive fast.

The "hospital employee" who caused all this needs to FIRED.
This situation, which is still unfolding, will result in more than one person changing employment.
We’ll see. My bet is that if the patient/perp is an administrator, the hospital will try to sweep this under the rug.
Wonder if HHS can bigfoot this to ensure the patient/perp is declared persona non grata in the healthcare field.

Tuning out yet another over blown hoax.
In this particular circumstance (the health care employee), sir, you are incorrect.
Hoax or not, when you are deemed exposed to ANY tested positive person you have come into prolonged, 6ft contact with you get mandatory 14 day Corona Vacation notice. BOOM. You stay home. And if you don’t, you may get a court order from Wapner to do so.
THAT is no hoax. And if you don’t have the food and supplies for your 2 week staycation then you better have nice friends and relatives to take care of your negligent butt because you decided to ignore the obvious events of the day.
This disregard for public safety should be considered criminal. It should follow this trained health professional around for the remainder of their life and professional career. I hope it does.
Hiding behind HIPPA, this person’s identity can’t be legally exposed, but criminally it should be. There is a court ordered self-isolation. Maybe we can get their name through public records.
