It’s an open-source community, Reddit Lite, as it were. Here’s the difference (from their About page): “Share, vote, and discuss. All without censorship. On Ruqqus, you’re free to share and say anything protected by the First Amendment. No censorship. No shadowbanning. No bullshit.”
