Making sure convicted, violent felons do not have guns ...
If done correctly, it could be positive.
I don't think that many of those : "convicted,violent, felons" have guns in jail?
Constitutionally, I believe that that is the only place that gun ownership can be regulated ... legally.
Ex felons are exactly that .. X felons.
All rights should once again be restored to them and that includes the right of self protection.
(Yes, that means gun ownership)
