If he had apnea he should have been using a CPAP. They’ve been around for decades.

How do you know he was not, usually. But he had lain down for a nap, so the machine might not have been assembled for use yet from his luggage.

IF...he had OSA..he should have been diagnosed with it, and had a Sleep Study...Then a CPAP or BIPAP would have been ordered.

That said..many people have OSA..and are not diagnosed...OR..they are diagnosed and won't wear their machine.

I see this all the time..........
