We the people are with you 100%!
Even calling the Mueller probe an investigation gives it an undue veneer of respectability.
Suing is a clear sign Trump thinks nothing will happen in terms of the DOJ to these people.
Whenever I hear Republicans speak of "suing" anybody, I know they have already lost.
Sue... who?
Imagine the ‘discovery’ phase & questions pertaining:
“So, Bob, what did you know & when did you know it (the dossier & FISA fraud)? Why didn’t you end the ‘investigation’ knowing of the fraud??”

Amen asap
A lawsuit would bring “discovery” which is its real value
The Head of the Executive Branch is suing a cabinet office that is under his own Executive authority. Hmmm??? I say fire and jail them and then sue the crap out of them!
He did not actually say he would sue. This is Trumpspeak. He isn’t going to sue.
Go for it, Mr. President!Dont be intimidated by the New York Times Co. v. Sullivan decision. It was a unanimous decision by the Warren Court, granted - but Antonin Scalia pointed out that it is a fraud.
According to the Sullivan decision,
". . . libel can claim no talismanic immunity from constitutional limitations. It must be measured by standards that satisfy the First AmendmentBut, pace Justice Brennan, the First Amendment actually did not touch the right to sue for libel. At all.The first eight amendments were carefully crafted to cause no collateral damage to rights not enumerated. The reason for the First Amendment was not to create rights but to protect existing rights which are enumerated in 1A but also to protect rights such as the right to sue for libel, referred to in the Ninth Amendment.
Consequently Sullivan should be overturned.
SUE THEM INDIVIDUALLY!!
