Almost noone here thinks that about Trump. That argument is a straw man — fighting against a position your opponent has not taken.

A president’s powers are limited. He can’t just snap his fingers and straighten out the deep state. The deep state has spent about 90 years consolidating itself, accumulating power, and filling itself with cronies who will fight to the death against any curtailment of the money and power that go with being one of the in-crowd.

And it’s deeply frustrating to see the deep state again perpetrating injustice and illegal activity and repeatedly skating for doing so. This is nothing new.

Of course Trump has a plan. But he has limited powers and limited time. Whether he succeeds is blowin’ in the wind. Whatever I can do to help him, I will.

So because I criticized Rex's stuff as made up stuff, you actually think that I might think that Trump is Deep State, Trump is an idiot, that Trump isn't going to accomplish anything and that I hope Trump won't accomplish anything?

You can't be serious.

I think Trump is the best president I've ever had and that Trump may or may not drain the swamp because as Trump says, the swamp is very deep. That remains to be seen.

Look, I wasn't criticizing you for posting Rex's Tweet roll. I was just pointing what I think of Rex's success rate.
