Now that I have recovered from the BOOM! and the elation that FINALLY this thing has blown sky high, just as I was reaching for my best aged single malt to celebrate this HUGE disclosure, a few questions occurred to me that might have been covered in the preliminaries like:
- Who is/are the plaintiff[s]
- Who is/are the defendant[s]
- where was it filed?
- what do we know about the principle claims.
- Who is the judge hearing it?
- What were the arguments for sealing the case.
- What is the US governments involvement and why and how?
