Funny you should say that, I noticed a droop to the left side of her mouth area that I hadn’t seen before. I actually wondered if she were a bit ill.
Her antics were childish, over-dramatic, obviously in communication with someone off-camera. I suspect she planned the entire thing.
As for being ill - possible other underlying disease (maybe some dementia?) may actually be causing her to behave like this. I actually suspect she may actually be on some kind of medication that makes her mouth dry, which is why she chomps on gum & constantly moves her mouth like a cow, licking lips, teeth, etc.

Whatever it was she took, she took more than her normal dose, and washed it down with a big glass of failure.
