One of the focuses is on the deficiency of the legal system; on the Supreme Court; and individually on John Roberts. Tony suggests the problem is general direction from the underlying political forces rather than outright corruption of Roberts. I respectfully disagree.
Roberts is one of he ultimate examples of political corruption at the highest levels.
No doubt--Roberts has and had no real excuse for his refusal to put Rand Paul's question on the record--as the issue was postured, it didn't really violate even the underlying limitation since the presumed whistle blower was not identified to that role.
A look at Roberts' history is informative. For example his decisions on ObamaCare and King v. Burwell. His decisions on both were simply wrong and fly in the face of established legal precedent and authority--and yes, I am a US Constitutional Law expert.
There is an underlying inside DC gossip about the real leverage the Establishment has over Roberts. Roberts and his wife have only two children--brother and sister adopted in the international baby market under circumstances where there may be some legal doubt as to the efficacy of the process and thus to the Roberts' custody of the children.
If the gossip leverage speculation is wrong, the light of day would immediately dispel its validity and when we don't see that, we can reach our own conclusions as to its validity.
The Obama situation itself is another clear example of corruption at the highest level of the legal system.
There is no doubt that there is no theory under which Obama was the legal President of the United States. The only admissible legal evidence of his ancestral birth history are his many statements against interest in political campaigns and official biographies that he was born in Kenya (which he was almost certainly not). Those statements are directly admissible as evidence which would force Obama in a litigation context to disclose the true facts.
Justice Kagan, in her testimony to Senate Judiciary which was the basis for her confirmation, committed that she would recuse herself from Supreme Court consideration of any issue in connection with ObamaCare on the grounds that she was conflicted. She should be impeached over her breach of that commitment as well as removed from the Court because she was not appointed by a "President" as required by the Constitution.
Sotomayor should also be removed from the Court on the later grounds.
Roberts contributes to all of the deterioration of the system and his continued position as well as his conduct in the recent proceedings highlights the effect of his ultimate corruption.

And we must get rid of our own enemy within - the Romneys, the Collins...
