I voted for Nixon in 72. I had just turned 18 a few days before and saw that McGovern was a commie so I had to do something. Too bad Nixon went sour. But in retrospect he was quite the liberal Republican. So glad I’m much older and voted for a REAL President. Before Trump,presidents were figureheads with Reagan the only exception in my lifetime.
