An expert claims that deadly coronavirus can be spread through the EYES after he contracted the disease, despite wearing a protective mask.
Dr. Wang Guangfa has now theorized the similar coronavirus may be transmitted through the eye after testing positive following an eye infection.
Mr. Wang was a leading figure in the fight against SARS virus that gripped China in 2003. We thought that this was the worst cover-up made by the communist government in China, but we thought wrong. Last week a video surfaced of a nurse wearing a protective suit and face mask treating the sick in Wuhan and claimed that 90,000 people have already been infected by the coronavirus in China – far more than the figure of just 1,400 issued by government officials.
Her warning from the heart of the outbreak emerged as the Chinese government faced accusations of censoring criticism of its handling of the disease in order to play down the crisis.
Speaking in video footage seen online, the unnamed woman says: ‘I’m in the area where the coronavirus started. I’m here to tell the truth. At this moment, Hubei province, including the Wuhan area, even China, 90,000 people have been infected by coronavirus.’
Luckily for us, it seems that this threat could soon be over.

An almost completely female team from the Virology laboratory of the National Institute of Infectious Diseases of the Spallanzani hospital in Rome who isolated the coronavirus. The team, directed by Maria Rosaria Capobianchi and coordinated by Maria Pisciotta, is made up of 14 women and one man. Capobianchi explained that the result obtained “is the result of teamwork, of the expertise and passion of the virologists of this institute, who has been at the forefront of all health emergencies in our country for years”.

Thailand found good results after using a mix of two antiviral drugs on a Chinese patient who was in a serious condition with the novel coronavirus, according to a health ministry briefing.
The patient’s condition significantly improved within 48 hours after the medical team decided to use antiviral drugs originally used for HIV and influenza in his treatment, Kriangsak Attipornwanich, a doctor at the state-owned Rajavithi Hospital who is treating the patient, told reporters at the Public Health Ministry briefing Sunday. The patient’s test result also turned negative, the doctor said.
