-- So the whistleblower blew the whistle on his own corruption and now seeks protection from consequences because he is a whistlelower. --

How much whistle could a whistleblower blow, if a whistleblower could blow whistle?

The informatnt that kicked off this case is not covered by any whistleblower statute - that has been established six ways from Sunday using the actual "rule of law," rather than "Shiff's made up rule of law."

Even if he was covered, the ICIG has an obligation to disclose the name if the allegation is forwarded to DOJ (this is in the actual rule of law too) for determining whether a prosecution should be undertaken. That step was taken too, because the informant was not covered by the whistleblower statute but had alleged "maybe a crime."

The senate is doing its usual action of deliberately misleading the public by hiding relevant information.

But Pencil-neck says.....

BREAKING: Schiff just maintained that "there's no need for [identifying and interviewing] that whistleblower anymore, except to endanger that person's life."— Paul Sperry (@paulsperry_) January 29, 2020

Sounds like it did allege a crime - his own.
