We had the opportunity many years ago to fix this with the English only vote and term limits but even then we let the left win and no one spoke up.
Just like the senate is doing now. Is there nothing new under the sun? I believe not.
The permanent bureaucracy / deep state is a bigger issue at this point than permanent Congressional seats.
