“And it’s not just the RINOs: The Times also has an op/ed piece this morning advocating that Chief Justice John Roberts issue subpoenas for witnesses under his own authority. The piece is written by two leftist Georgetown professors and 83 year-old former Oklahoma congressman Mickey Edwards, another RINO who presumably needed a pay day.”

And there it is folks, the excuse Justice Roberts needed to save face and will do what they want under the guise of the recent leak of book by Bolton. It gives him cover and he will say I had no choice.

If that happens, then Roberts should be called to witness. If this happens, he must recuse the Chief Justice title as he is head of the FISA court. (He can it be a judge and a fact witness at the same time). A new Chief Justice will have to be named, then the ”trial” can continue. Roberts may want to carry low-profile on this.

Odd. When in any trial has anyone ever heard of the judge issuing subpoenas to bring witnesses to testify for the prosecution? I'm no lawyer but it seems odd to me.
