If you read it again, GW, you’ll see I am a type 1. I’ve been on insulin for a long, long time, and have become resistant to many forms of it. My Endo said this happens to people like me.
I’m dependent on insulin not due to type 2, but getting resistance because I am a type 1.
It’s not the same.
I jumped the gun focusing on the Type 2.

I fried fish in ground up pork rind crumb coating and peanut oil tonight.
It was excellent.
Pork fried fish!
Good for chicken too.
0 carb. Adds good fat.
And I keep the skin on because I like it.
Also had salad and cottage cheese.
I lost 25 lbs since September easy on basically Keto.
Diabetic and A1c went from 8.7 to 6.7.
