There are eggs and then there are eggs.

The type we might eat for breakfast are also occasionally used on normal food type pizza when made from scratch and the ingredients deep especially in some places in Europe. One is cracked in the center on the top. Its an edible thermometer. When the egg is baked through then the pizza is cooked through.

Then theres the other kind...

The kid saying "we have pizza with eggs and pizza with beans" sounded like code for little girls and little boys. I don't recall for sure, but I think it was the only versions of pizza he mentioned.

I cannot envision anyone putting actual eggs on pizza, or beans on pizza. Even if someone would do that, why would that particular flavor be mentioned so prominently?

When you combine it with the sick and disgusting artwork they would show at their art show evenings, it all implies there is molesting going on.

The "art work" to which I refer shows what clearly appear to be representations of children being tortured or engaging in indecent acts. Here is an example of one of the pictures they would show at their after hours "art shows".
