My memory is telling me where I’ve read that the sandbox regions of the Middle East is also water deprived. They cured the problem with massive water treatment units that make sea water usable. My memory also is telling me that this process was offered to CA, but it was rejected. Am I correct?

Yes and no. Israel has developed widespread desalinization, and offered the tech to other ME countries. I don't know how much they were willing to accept from the evil Jew. They don't mind stealing it, but if it's given to them, then nope!

And yes, Israel has offered to help the US get up to scale, but the west coast is where it's really needed, and the west coast also hates the Jews. Plus, they'd rather spend money on other stuff that's more important. Like illegal aliens.
