And I agree, but, HB 961 will be law before the end of the month and it requires confiscation starting January 1, 2021.
The courts don't work that fast and if cops do try and enforce there will be violence of immense proportions.
four bills passed yesterday and red flag bill was voted on today. Time is a luxury Virginia does not have. The courts take years when it should take only weeks at most.
