The real problem with this from the standpoint of gun owners is:

The gun owner will be OK when dealing with the sheriff who has joined the sanctuary movement, but a traffic stop by a state trooper or any other encounter with an LEO from a jurisdiction who has not joined the sanctuary movement will result in an arrest or other form of a hard time.

The point being that as you move around the state on your daily business, your exposure to persecution changes constantly.

If crazy Northem’s bills pass, I will never set foot in VA again.
