I would recommend two lists. One of the obvious major songs that were huge hits (”Hey Jude”, “Runaway”, “Good Vibrations”) and one for great songs that weren’t big sellers and didn’t get a lot of airplay.

I basically just stick to the Billboard Pop charts. It’s hard enough as is.

Anyone who wants to do their own, feel free and add me to a ping!

I’m thinking of mixing it up a bit in the future with a different approach to the same decades. Same BB lists, but maybe a different twist to come up with the top 64 for play-offs.

Basically exclude any Beatles songs. That would probably make it a bit more interesting.
