Your wife can change her Medicare Advantage plan to another UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage plan in your County in NY that has their Passport Program. Once the plan is effective, invoke your Passport Program for your location in FL. Find a network provider to replace the knee. Have them explain. This only works in UnitedHealthcare's Medicare Advantage plans with their Passport benefit. No problem! Prayer answered.
