If that's the gist of your question, my first answer to you would be: "My assumption, until proven otherwise, is that he has enough ammunition to kill everyone in the place." Remember, with a pump or auto shotgun he can single feed rounds into that tube magazine and never have to open a cylinder like a revolver or change magazines like with an autoloader.
My second answer would be: "He's fired three rounds, that means there are three rounds left in his gun and he can kill three more people."

They say he was mostly a transient with local ties to the community and had multiple “contacts” with law enforcement.
The daughter of one of the victims said he was a stranger and wore a big fake beard.

Subtlety isnt your strong suit. The feminization of our police departments has resulted in multi cop spray and pray becoming more common than it had been. I was referring to this.
Since there were 243 potential targets, anyone of whom might have been killed next, it is correct to say that each and every one of them was saved by the good guys!

I’ve already seen disparaging remarks in Twitter comments about the community name, which I suspect was named after a person, not a skin color. Also, the deacon who was killed was a man of color. But none of that matters. Social media and MSM will never understand.
I also find it cringe worthy the media uses the term parishioners. That’s Catholic terminology. Evangelical churches and especially churches of Christ don’t use that term. We are all church members. We don’t have a hierarchical structure.

Indeed, logic indicates he could have intended to shoot, create panic, then use wmd to maximize damage. Pretty certain these evildoers have no intention of survival.
This was a Church of Christ. It's probably the least "evangelical" of any Christian church. Very conservative, very traditional. I grew up in the Church of Christ. No wearing shorts, no dancing, no musical instruments played in church, immersion baptism only. They used to believe that only members of the Church of Christ would go to heaven. I doubt they still believe that but I don't know.
Every state committed to liberty should start eliminating gun free zones from almost every area of public life. The message is very clear, we can defend ourselves given the chance.
