The unholy alliance of the Left and Muslims is simply that they have a common enemy and a common allegiance. They both hate God, the true God. They hate Israel, and they hate Christians. Their differences pale in comparison to their common hatred. Of course, if they ever achieved their goal of eliminating Israel and Christians, then they would turn on each other.

A perfect example, the fallout from the Pulse nightclub shooting. The left, true to form defaulted to blaming the NRA and a lack of "sensible" gun control, oblivious to the true motivation, a psycho who thought he'd get in Allah's good graces by taking out as many homosexuals as he could.
The gay hatred and misogyny prevalent in Islam is, pardon the pun TRUMPED by their common hatred of all things Judeo Christian and Western. So they seek an unholy alliance of convenience based on the dangerous ASSumption that an enemy of my enemy is my friend.
