Thanks for the advice. Not sure it'll be useful here in FR. MY ego go spread the word at DU.
I swear I can watch that all day!
In 2020 the real election is for State Rep and State Senator. They will control the re-mapping of both the state and Congressional districts.
Everything we do to help our friends there will help Trump. But if we focus only on Trump, it will not help down ballot much.
I don’t count on a anything until Trumps gives his acceptance speech.
Anything can happen between now and then. I also don’t believe these articles. They make it sound like Trumps a shoe in and all the conservatives won’t go out and vote
What I was alluding to was for people in FR to get the word OUT not to vote for any democrat...I didn’t just mean people in here...
Sorry I wasn’t very clear about it....
I checked...It is not accepted as legitimate word...considered irregular or non-standard...
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Irregardless
Irregardless is a word sometimes used in place of regardless or irrespective, which has caused controversy since the early twentieth century, though the word appeared in print as early as 1795.[1] Most dictionaries list it as non-standard or incorrect usage, and recommend that “regardless” should be used instead.[2][3][4]

s irregardless a word?: Usage Guide
Irregardless was popularized in dialectal American speech in the early 20th century. Its increasingly widespread spoken use called it to the attention of usage commentators as early as 1927. The most frequently repeated remark about it is that “there is no such word.” There is such a word, however. It is still used primarily in speech, although it can be found from time to time in edited prose. Its reputation has not risen over the years, and it is still a long way from general acceptance. Use regardless instead.
How many who post abouy election fraud actually get involved ahead of time to stop it?
Or to document it first hand so we have sopmething to present to the US Attorneys appointed by Trump?
Do not post about 2020 election fraud unless you are going to do something about it.
How Far Back In Time Could You Go, And Still Understand English?
The short answer there is to about 1400.
If new words and changes in words are illegitimate then we do not speak English. Everything we say now would be complete gibberish to an Englishman 600 years ago. Or perhaps you would hold that they didn't speak English?
Awesome!
And then little transgender unicorns pop out of everyone’s arse. I’m sure that’s someone’s fantasy in the basement of Democrat Underground, but if they imagine that it’ll fly with the American public - well, I wouldn’t put much of a wager on their ultimate success.
Why not???
My guess is several in here may be poll watchers...
Are you one???
There’s not a thing wrong with bringing it up in and reminding everyone to be aware that it could and has happened...
Democrats have criminalized honest elections.
Criminal Election Model 269 to 269.
He needs a congress to pass all kinds of legislation as well. That is just as important as him winning next year.
No RINOs, but a conservative congress!
2020 was never going to be close. Folks claiming this thing is a race are fools. Before the #seinfeldimpeachment the best case for Dems was around 15 states... after it their best case may not even be 10.
It is listed as non-standard in all the sources I checked...
I brought you 2 sources...There are more.
I suggest you read article below...written by a lexicographer for Webster. This article actually supports that it is a word—a passionate use of “regardless;” a combination of “irrespective” and “regardless”...However, the last paragraph states:
The point of the “irregardless” is to shut down conversation. So “irregardless” is a word. It has a specific use, in particular dialects. That said, its not part of standard English and so especially if youre writing or if youre speaking in formal places you want to use “regardless” instead. Because if you use “irregardless,” people will think youre uneducated.
The last paragraph supports the reasons that I don’t advocate using “irregardless;” it is non-standard, only used in specific dialects, and can make the user seem uneducated.
BTW, I was called on using the term “irregardless” in college, and I never forgot it. Later, I taught college business English and instructed students to use “regardless.”
Ah, I see where you're coming from.
When Hillary Clinton sees this post, she will raise her hand and say PICK ME>
Well sure, especially since they look like they’re gonna’ run that smelly old communist in the rumpled suit.
Trump will pick up Minnesota.
Larger margins in the swing states, otherwise, yeah, the same.
