Those folks better be getting used to it. If the guberment has its way and makes the power company a guberment entity they better be building root cellers and learn how to home can, make candles and ride horses.

Every home and business in those areas needs to get a generator. Use the power company when it’s useful, use the generator when it’s not.

Glad we left “The Golden State” 22 years ago now. Friends and family still there are buying standby generators to try to keep their frozen and refrigerated foods and medicines from spoiling during extended power cuts. Hello Venezuela.

The obvious answer is UN taxation on US citizens to a global climate change fund, fines and assessments for carbon usage levied by international monitors from a beefed up Paris Treaty Accord, and of course, windmills and solar panels,.

Mike McGuire, the state senator representing the Santa Rosa area devastated by fires in 2017, said California is the canary in the coal mine" as climate change threatens to upend life across the world. Wrong, bud. The fires were a result of bad forest and power line management policies forced onto PG&E by ignoramuses like you. It has nothing to do with the natural process of climate change. It is all part of the larger scheme to reduce the standard of living, which seems to be all the rage among the dictatorial left these days.
