That would be a great strategy:
1) All of the Leftists’ heads would explode.
2) The House Dems would take it to Court to get a TRO and would either win or lose.
If they lose, this thing is over.
If they win, then the question of why the Dems are delaying the trial of Trump (whom they were saying as recently as last week is “too dangerous” to be POTUS) will be right in everyone’s face.
Either way, they lose.
Trump must be laughing his ass off at how stupid the Dems are. They just guaranteed his reelection.
McConnell’s other choice is to table it. He indicates, according to Drudge, it will be DOA.
