NO ! Have the trial and exonerate Trump. Otherwise the Dems will say he was not exonerated.

I expect to see many more failed attempts to impeach Trump. This is why we need to take the House next election. I will be investing in Popcorn.

Why not? What, exactly, are the senators going to hold a ‘trial’ about?

What ‘charges’ are they going to dismiss? There are none.

They need to ask the house what they mean by “Abuse of Power”... that’s not an actual crime itself, they have to tell what crime or crimes constitute the ‘abuse’.

And as for “obstruction of congress” - that’s his job as a co-equal branch of the government he can obstruct them all he wants.

And every traitorous wretch GOP member that participate in the UNCONSTITUTIONAL sham needs to be removed from their seat.

Have the trial and exonerate Trump.

And legitimize a completely illegitimate and UNCONSTITUTIONAL proceeding? No! Dismissal is the ONLY proper response, along with removing every rotten traitorous member of the GOP that participated in the ignorance.

Should be rejected, IMHO, with a two word acquittal:

“Not interested.”

NO!. Have the trial quickly and exonerate Trump. The Dems keep saying that the Mueller Report, after two years of investigations and 500 witnesses, did not exonerate Trump. I say enough! Have a quick trial and be done with it.

I like that- or “No charges mentioned”

Which would be in effect the same thing I mentioned.

Dismiss, and write back that since they have not mentioned any specific crimes or misdemeanors, the senate has nothing to proceed with.

how do you try someone for nothing.

Have a quick trial and be done with it.

Absolutely not. It's UNCONSTITUTIIONAL. Either we have a Constitution or we don't. Participating in the ignorance isn't going to change the lies the left will tell, and it sure as hell won't "exonerate" Trump as far as the left is concerned. All it will mean is that the Senate trial was obviously "rigged" by McConnel. That's ALL it will accomplish. The fact is, had Trump done what he said he would do and lock these criminals up, this wouldn't be an issue. But Hillary was allowed to remain free and continues to get away with spewing utter horse manure. Now Comey is at it. They know they can get away with the BS because the GOP sure as hell ain't going to hold them to account.

Sorry, but it is constitutional. The Dems control the House and high crimes and misdemeanors is not outlined beyond that.
