I don’t think anti-semitism is the biggest factor. The American public is much less tolerant of hard leftism than the British public is.
Someone as far left as Corbyn, even without the anti-semitism, would have been crushed even harder in an election than Corbyn was if the Dems were stupid enough to make him their presidential candidate.

There is more than a whiff when he is campaigning with Ilhan Omar.
Sanders would be the perfect nominee for the Dems: Worn out, elderly white man, unhealthy, corrupt, communist, economy-destroyer. Bring him on.
That is the essence of a pathological liar. Once they say something out loud it becomes true to them and when they repeat it they honestly do not believe they are lying. Because they heard it before.
That’s why they are adept at passing lie detectors.
