The lack of enforcement for the twentieth Amendment, Section Three proves that everyone in Congress participated in the charade. This will never be admitted because they will not give themselves up for the punishment handed out to traitors. The plain, simple, black and white print of the United States Constitution shows us all what actually happened, an eight-year Usurpation of the office of President. They ALL played along.

I disagree, for the reasons already stated.

Polls at the time showed there was only fringe support for the idea of challenging Barack Obama’s birth status.

Politicians can’t be expected to champion a toxic issue that brands them as racists. Like it or not, it just doesn’t work that way.
