Nancy Pelosi needs to remove herself from the line of succession to the presidency or she needs to recuse herself from any involvement in the impeachment process. By the 25th Amendment, she stands to benefit from the impeachment. That’s quid pro quo.
If you can find a tape where she says after Trump, then Penske, that would be enough to show conspiracy to overthrow the Government.

It was dumb (and dangerous) to put the Speaker in line for the presidency. The old way was much better: Vice President, then the cabinet members. Keep executive succession in the executive branch.
And the VP can’t vote on an impeachment as that person stands to be President if sitting President is impeached.
As per the 25th Amendment, Nancy Pelosi stands to benefit from the impeachment by moving herself into
position for the presidency.....increasing her stature.....and her power.
That’s a quid pro quo.
