Working to buy groceries is a human right too assbite. Why should I have to work and pay for someone else’s food if they can............unless they are needy, not greedy/lazy.

My wife spent two hours Saturday doing a “Feed the Children” activity at a local church. They filled bags with rice, soy, vegetable bits, and vitamins. Add boiling water and a kid is pretty much fed for the day. These are sent out to the third world. Doesn’t sound all that appetizing, but if someone is starving, I’ll bet they’re glad to have it.

Besides saving money, doing something like this instead of food stamps/SNAP would perhaps motivate people to try working for their food. Just a thought.

“strenuous objections from Sen. Patty Murray (D-WA)”

Democrats know you can’t keep the slaves on the plantation without giving them loads of free stuff.

It had to be a democrat trying to corral votes.
