Graham has already signaled he won’t hold a trial he will just vote to dismiss. He will call no public hearings other than to let democrats “present” their “case”. He will then “settle” any remaing things in Committee.
Graham can do all that with his 1 vote? He will have no control over what happens when the Senate receives articles of impeachment. He’s a blowhard.
