We question the intention of the local cops in citing him for unlawful discharge of a firearm, and especially for confiscating (impounding... whatever...) his (really nice, custom) Kimber handgun.
It's gonna cost him a stack of bills to clean up the legal fallout and to get his Kimber back, unless he's friends with the Mayor or something like that...
Oh, and by the way it's probably a good bet that it will have the residue of about another 50 or 100 rounds put thru it if he does get it back. But nothing against the cops in Gatlinburg, mind you, I've had no experience with them.
