Flatly speaking, he lied when he filled out the “whistleblower” form. That seems like some kind of felony, to me.

He lied, straight up, and everyone knows it, including the Dems. They spent two weeks trying to distract attention from the clear fact that he lied.

...including his lawyers. I might excuse him if he testifies that Schitt told him that Schitt would check the appropriate box for him. Otherwise, was this smart**s so certain based on hearsay that POTUS committed a heinous crime requiring him to save the nation by blowing the (demokraps’) whistle that he himself committed a crime. If this guy is tried for this, get ready for the theatrics of his attorneys ironically pleading for mercy.
