I was just watching that, him talking about “the resistance”. Time will tell if anything will be done about it though.
They will probably come out with some report that says some people did some naughty things but won’t hand down indictments. Meanwhile,Roger Stone is being persecuted by an evil JustUs system.
He’s all talk, running out the clock.
Fat Sessions.
I believe the people who were interviewed by Horowitz and Barr and their teams are all lawyered up and are being allowed to “review” their testimony before final release. Just imagine how long they can obfuscate something like this.
The fizz is gone out of this guy. Another letdown. Talk is cheap.
For these reasons, conservatives tend to have more scruple over their political tactics and rarely feel that the ends justify the means. And this is as it should be, but there is no getting around the fact that this puts conservatives at a disadvantage when facing progressive holy war, especially when doing so under the weight of a hyper-partisan media.
This is the most thoughtful and eloquent articulation of the conservative dilemma that I have read in a long, long time.
Obviously, words are no substitute for actions, but for some reason, reading William Barrs words raised my hopes for humankind this morning, perhaps given that he is also in a unique position to put words to action.
Go Barr!
Go Trump!
Well worth the hour to watch. Made me feel better that AG Barr will expose the coup. The question if AG Barr will arrest those coup members is still questionable. I think AG Barr will treat this as one big lesson to be learned by all those in government. You know an online study course which will be required, and then move on from there..........
so many stupid people...
Barr is Sessions with bagpipes. Doing nothing while his corrupt DOj tries to take down America.
I would give him some more time since we now know the tangled web of sedition the Rat’s have woven.
>>The essence of this standard is to ask what the overall impact on society over the long run if the action we are taking, or principle we are applying, in a given circumstance was universalized that is, would it be good for society over the long haul if this was done in all like circumstances?<<
Plus they know any precedent they set will be used against them, times ten
At this stage, the ONLY thing that I am interested in hearing is how the Defendants plead.
My patience for inaction is about expired.
So far hes just another Graham blowing smoke. I hope I live long enough to see if thats all he is.
Words are wind. Prosecute somebody. If convicted, ask for lengthy prison sentences. It’s the only way to break the back of liberals who think illegitimate tactics of resistance are justified.
Federal government in general is way too big. States should have much more control over domestic crime and issues in general. The problem with a federal judiciary is its lack of accountability. No one is elected, its near impossible to get documents, very few are fired because of excessive civil service protection, no one that really opposes government will talk for fear of losing pensions or promotion.
At the end of the day after all the eloquent words, barr believes in big government. Hes still a deep state pig.
The left has gone after Trump everyday for three years, and they havent stopped. Why should they quit? One sided war.
By the time this IG report is released, if ever, people will have tired of it. Old news. Who will even read it?
It will be blasted that the timing was meant to interfere with the election. I see Republicans backing down on this too.
Why arent these people working overtime to get it done? Im sure they are getting paid well.
Every day that passes makes me doubt it even more that anything substantiate will happen.
Approx one week until thanksgiving. Silence. Sad.
William Barr required approval from Congress. So he was selected to hide their crimes.
The Bagpiper is a real ball of energy that’s for sure.
