What the pubs should be campaigning with is the thought that, if they can pull this on someone as important as the president of the USA, they won’t have a problem bulldozing little people like every-day Americans.
However, quite a few of the pubs in congress are in on the scam and would like to see Trump out of the way, too.

I have a low opinion of most politicians. I think most of them are in it mostly for money and ego; almost all Dems, and maybe half (it could be from 1/3 to 2/3) of Republicans.

Consequently, I view the choice of party for an aspiring politician as one of convenience. In other words, given my contacts and the local voting demograhics, which Party provides the best chances for election and advancement?

To all legislators of principle, I apologize. But, it isn't most of 'em, on either side of the aisle.
