Bloomberg’s not going to be the nominee. Not this time anyway. The DNC bosses want to win. Bloomberg’s got far too much negative political baggage across the country (not sure he could carry NY either but it wouldn’t be able to overcome the drag of his public image in many other states). I think he could, however, use wind up using his money to back someone else and that might make a difference —?

There are a few minor details for hiz Honor to overcome. For starters, Iowa. To win there, you have to rub elbows with the (yuk!) Iowans. You just can’t send your ‘staff’ in to do that.
Does anyone think that Bloomberg will spend the next three winter months there? It’s a long way from his winter exile in the Gulf.
