I think all WaPo is doing....is preparing hard-set folks for the let-down that will come in about four months. Once the impeachment effort comes to a closure and Trump is standing there with most of a billion dollars in campaign funds from supporters and ‘life’ still in his system....they are screwed.
Look over at numbers for Warren, Sanders, and the rest. Beto is finished today. Trump may end up with 45 states in the Electoral College.
Money does not win elections....Trump proved that.
But it is a good sign that his fundraising is so strong this early.
Even if the Democrats are totally defeated, like in 1984, they will not learn from it or change.
They will just hide their socialist, gun-confiscation, pedophilia agenda under a cloak of “moderation”.
