“The last civil war began with the firing of cannons. Sadly the next will begin with a scoped rifle shot.”

And the good guys will win again.

Indeed. The libs live in cities. Liberal cities. Which means that they have placed ALL support outside of the cities...power, water, etc.

The only thing we have to make sure we are prepared for is how to stop the idiots from trying to escape their h*ll when they are cut off.

Sad that history has to repeat itself over and over again. But humans will never learn from their mistakes. We are essentially territorial tribal animals.

At least in the in the US when we stumble and fall flat on our faces, we get up, fix our wounds, and head in the right direction. But it is not without pain and suffering and it seems winning or losing rests on a knife’s edge.

And then we become complacent ingrates and we repeat the whole thing again.

I guess your view of the outcome of the first 'civil war' may depend on your view of the proper role of the federal government, in our constitutional republic. It is worth noting, however, that the Constitution (as it existed in 1860-61) nowhere prohibited State seccession; quite the opposite, in fact, if the Tenth Amendment (like the First, Second, etc.) actually means what it says...
