All that needs to suffice is that the bottle of oil is smaller than the bottle of tea. Therefore the bottle of oil could potentially be larger than the bottle of juice or it could be smaller than the bottle of juice but bigger than the bottle of milk. Since the question does not specify whether we are to choose one or multiple answers, then all answers that fit should be chosen. Thus the answers that fit the condition are in my previous post.
Merely placing the bottle of oil as being smaller than the bottle of milk does satisfy only a part of the condition but not all of the conditions listed. So it is partly right.
