Yeah, I don’t believe it is Congress purview to try and second guess a President and emergency declarations. Chief executive. That’s why he was elected, in fact. One of the reasons, certainly.

Because, Congress has failed to do what they were elected to do. This ain’t rocket science.

Well, you might think differently if the President was a democrat who declared an emergency on climate change and diverted funds to build solar panels and wind mills.

So each vote is different. For the wall, I am with the president and for wind mills I would vote against.
