Another significant development related to Syria is the agreement between the Kurdish Syrian Democratic Forces and the Syrian government of Bashar Assad that will place Russian and Syrian military forces in the cities of Kobani and Manbij in northern Syria.
Syria is also saying their forces will move further into the northeast to face off against the advancing Turkish forces......

The videos coming out of Quito of Lenin Moreno’s Military running down insigenous people with tanks, and shooting them was horrific.
IMF and Pompeo are probably quite pleased with this bloodshed. And Moreno got the $$$ by giving up Julian Assange.

Good news.
Ecuador is a great country for ex-pats. It’s currency is the U.S. dollar, and the people are very accommodating to foreigners.
Small towns like Cotacachi, Vilcabamba, and Loja are especially attractive locales.
The dollar goes a long way in Ecuador.
