OK why has the GOP NOT already filed a lawsuit towards Schiff and demand his removal (if not from congress then from committee) because even Schiff says on TV it would be..get this..."AGAINST THE LAW" for a whistleblower to talk to congress.... Call Congress ..demand Schiffs recusal

What is the timeline. Perhaps the “whistle blower” did not become a “whistle blower” until their report was filed. So when was the report signed and when did Schiff have his contact with this person?
Once again, it comes down to “What did he know and when did he know it!” In this case, I think the timeline will suggest that Schiff participated in the planning of the report filing.

So when he said he didn’t talk to him he could have been “more clear” by saying yes he did talk to him.
See? Isn’t that much more clear?
What if we find out Schiff didn’t get the info from the whistle-blower, but he GAVE the info to the whistle-blower...?
