Fentanyl is illegal and a substitute product people do not buy intentionally. Marijuana is legal in about half of the country.
The reason for their different statuses is that one is deadly and the other is not.
As to your statement about abortion, I don’t see how that has anything to do with your earlier argument.
I agree, the pot grown out there now is so much higher in THC, which in many borderline users can induce psychosis.
