People in Western, KS know how to cook steaks and that is about it. Hardly had a good meal the whole 5 years I was there unless I cooked it myself.
It was a big culture change but I liked it just fine. After I had been there for a couple of years, I drove back to Florida.
I stopped in Louisiana for gas. A black headed Cajun lady came out to fill the tank. We sat there shooting the breeze and suddenly I had a feeling of deja vu. It was maybe 15 minutes before it hit me. I was back in the South.
Well, we in Eastern Kansas know how to do more than grill steaks and smoke BBQ, some of us love to eat and cook lots of foods but back to physical beauty, grace and charm, even the coeds from left-leaning KU, are quite beautiful, just not “deep” intellectuals” but at those young ages, there, KState and other coeds from KS are easy on the eyes.
