Miami...the Latino and European areas
North shore ponchatrain although NOLA proper has delish girls in mostly white mulatto creole old line families
I have no doubt the former confederacy has the highest proportion of pretty women comfortable being women cause I’ve been everywhere.....it’s one of the facets of the war we fought for and preserved to this day...even woke belles are still feminine

I have to add - Capitol Hill. DC is not a state but if you spend any time on the Hill you will likely see some of the most beautiful women in the country.

My brother is very wealthy, $4 mill dollar house wealthy.
Few years back went to his daughters HS graduation party at his home.
Wealthy area beautiful. Drop dead moms and trophy wives. Every single girl was drop dead beautiful. All looked alike though. All wore same style tight mini dress and hair. Lots of plastic surgery. My wife pointed out they all had the same exact nose job (no not Jewish).
All the girls arrived in BMW’s, Mercedes and Land Rovers.
Little to no obesity. Most were on the thin side. Saw not a single tattoo or weird piercing and not a single smoker
